Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in a lightly used or unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Products
Securely package your beauty products in their original ICONIC London box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all lids and caps are tightly sealed.
Attach Your Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
